Australian Frontline Solutions to Provide Complete Tender Package for King Street Wharf Electronic Security Upgrade
Australian Frontline Solutions (AFS) has been engaged by The King Street Wharf precinct committee to provide a complete tender package for electronic security upgrades of King Street Wharf located on Sydney’s Darling Harbour.
Under the agreement, AFS will complete all tender documents, screen candidates and provide recommendations, then oversee the final project stages and liaise with the building managers to ensure the smooth transition to the newly installed equipment.
Built by Mulitplex for the 2000 Sydney Olympics, King Street Wharf is a multi-strata and multi-Building Management Committee (BMC) site, with 3 precincts encompassing 363 apartments, 5 towers of commercial offices and split level offices and retail space.
Having completed initial site inspections, AFS are currently working with suppliers to provide the latest product specifications and installations standards which will be included in the project specifications.
Electronic Security Consultant, for AFS, Blake Cooper said. “AFS is really excited to be involved in such a prestigious project like this. It has been a culmination of many months of work by Excel and our team to get us to this point. We cannot wait to see the end result that will transform this precinct, both from a building management and security point of view”
The upgrade, which is projected to be completed by the end of 2016 “will make it so much easier for the staff to manage everything from onsite parking to contractor and visitor management and enable the onsite security team to see exactly what’s happening in trouble areas and even prevent issues before they occur. At the end of the day, the objective is to ensure that the people that come to work and play here, are able do so in the safest environment possible” said Blake.
